HomeVitals was founded by Sebastian Sweatman, a longtime Stowe-area resident with deep roots in Vermont's hospitality, real estate, education, and outdoor communities.
Many homeowners know Sebastian as the founder of Beckwith Rentals, a luxury vacation rental company that later became part of Vermont Real Estate Company. Today, his focus has shifted from rentals to helping homeowners better understand, protect, and care for their properties through proactive oversight and modern monitoring.
When he's not working on HomeVitals, Sebastian teaches mathematics and entrepreneurship at Mountain Winter Academy and has spent many years as a ski instructor in Stowe.
